    Street Health

    Street Health helps people obtain an Ontario Health Card through the Access program and when necessary apply for a birth certificate or proof of legal status. The ID Safe program provides a secure address for mail delivery and safe storage for identification documents.

    helps those without a permanent address acquire pieces of identification. There are over 40 sites in the Toronto area. They do not assist with status cards.
